Creating Such a Space

This world offered me no spaces just for me, so I set out to create a space that was all my own…”

So many of my initiations came from trying to fit into spaces that I REALLY wanted to be in but for whatever reason remained spaces that I couldn’t fit in.

I’ve learned so much from being different and feeling misunderstood.

Every experience became an opportunity to practice understanding myself - and eventually, the culmination of those experiences became the foundation from which I decided to build a space for myself.

Once it became really clear to me that I wanted to self publish my first book there was no turning back - and that clarity became the foundation from which this next season of my Artistry was built upon.

Everything is connected by the realization that to be an Artist is to hold an incredible power. Paired with the realization that everybody is an Artist.

We’re not taught to recognize this power because if we did we might realize just how much we could do if we wielded it intentionally.

Humanity is in a state of great transition and we’re all doing different versions of “use what you’ve got to get what you want” - so the path I’ve taken is the one that has made sense for me.

There is no right way - just what’s right for you. I’m excited to share all the lessons I’ve learned and what they’ve helped me to cultivate in myself. You can learn more about my debut book of poetry “Our Place in the Skies” by clicking here.

Gently holding to the knowledge that creating such a space does something to the fabric of worlds long ogne and worlds still yet to come. Gently holding to the hope that creating such a space does something to the world outside.
